3.1 Single Account. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) plot77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. 3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. plot77 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. plot77 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account where such unauthorized use resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your plot77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions or outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.
4.1 Verification Requirement. plot77 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity and age of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests above the minimum threshold. By registering, you consent to this verification process.

Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. plot77 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.5 Account Name Match. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the plot77 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
5.6 No Obligation to Accept Deposits. plot77 reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits at its discretion, including where fraud is suspected or where the deposit originates from an unauthorized payment source.
6.1 General. From time to time, plot77 offers bonuses, promotions, cashback, free credits, and other incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published alongside the Promotion at the time of offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each Promotion will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of the Bonus being credited.

7.1 Game-Specific Rules. All games available on the plot77 Platform are governed by game-specific rules provided by each respective game provider. Where game-specific rules conflict with these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters; game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics, payouts, and game outcomes.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or misconfiguration that results in an erroneous game outcome or an incorrect payout (including payouts that are manifestly disproportionate to the wager placed), plot77 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account balance to its pre-error state. This applies even where a withdrawal has been requested but not yet processed. plot77 will notify affected users as soon as practicable.
7.3 Interrupted Games. Where a game round is interrupted due to a network failure, server error, or device disconnection, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed state recorded by the server. In the event of irrecoverable data loss, the wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually per game and may be amended from time to time. plot77 reserves the right to impose additional betting limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion.
